Senior Living Provider Awards Employees with Perfect Attendance Drawing
LOUISVILLE, Ky., December 18, 2019 (Newswire.com) - At the forefront of Trilogy Health Services’ mission is the belief that the right employees make the difference, and that a servant's heart is the key to success. Trilogy believes in celebrating those successes, and recognizing individuals who go above and beyond for those that they serve. During the company’s annual Perfect Attendance Drawing, which was broadcast via livestream from the Trilogy Home Office to campus employees, President and CEO Leigh Ann Barney recently recognized members of the Trilogy team who had not been tardy or missed a single day of work from January 1, 2019 to December 13, 2019.
Barney proudly reported that of the 6,863 eligible employees, 596 had achieved perfect attendance in 2019. Of these employees, three lucky individuals won amazing prizes. Brittany Lee, CRCA at The Springs of Richmond, received $1,500, Angela Ream, LPN at The Meadows of Delphos, received $2,500, and Amy Williams, RN at Glen Ridge Health Campus, received $5,000.
“At Trilogy, we believe in celebrating our employees for all that they do,” commented Barney. “We couldn’t be more proud of all those who have achieved perfect attendance in 2019. These employees have shown true dedication to their job, their coworkers, and most importantly, their residents. I am inspired by these servant leaders and the standard of excellence they have set for themselves. Maintaining perfect attendance is no small feat. They are more than deserving of our recognition and praise.”
Because they work for a company in the business of caring for others, Trilogy employees have the opportunity to positively impact the lives of many, every time they clock in. Residents of Trilogy’s communities throughout the Midwest look forward to seeing the Trilogy employees who have become their friends, and in many cases, their family. Although Trilogy takes pride in recognizing every employee who goes the extra mile, those with perfect attendance demonstrate a level of dedication that calls for added accolades. $250 bonuses and one additional day of PTO are also given to every employee with perfect attendance. Company-wide, Trilogy’s perfect attendance awards totaled nearly $900k in 2019.
