This partnership makes Trilogy the first senior living provider within its service area to offer this service, extending immediate access to a geriatrician-led team of specialists.
Avera eCARE connects Trilogy staff and residents to eCARE’s Senior Care team, which includes board-certified geriatricians, geriatric-trained pharmacists, a nurse practitioner of psychiatry, a licensed social worker, certified nurse practitioners, and registered nurses board-certified in gerontological nursing. The benefits of having 24/7 access to a geriatric-trained team are many, and include:
